For penalty charge notices issued from 7 September 2009 onwards, you should contact Chipside Lancashire at their website or on 0845 505 2525 to pay or challenge a Penalty Charge Notice served in one of our car parks.
Payment can be made online or by post.
Pay or Challenge A Fine (On-Street Parking)
If you wish to challenge a Penalty Charge Notice served whilst parked on a public highway, please contact Lancashire Parking Services on 0800 195 2774.
Payment can be made online, by post, or using a telephone via 0800 195 2774. Please note that Lancashire Parking Services do not accept American Express.
