Then don't miss out on the quarterly Landlords' Forum, which takes place on Wednesday 10th February at Nelson's ACE Centre from 6.00pm until 9.00pm.
It's a chance for landlords to get together to discuss any issues they may have and keep up-to-date with things that may affect them.
And Pendle Council experts will be on hand to answer questions and provide information and advice.
Paul Lloyd, Pendle Council's Housing Standards Manager, said:
"If you're a Pendle landlord, please come along.
"These sessions are held every few months and are a chance for you to find out about things that may affect you and your tenant, such as changes to the law or new initiatives being introduced.
"They're also a good way of sharing information with each other and asking the Council questions in an informal and relaxed setting."
To reserve your place, please contact Pendle Council's Lynne Durkin on 01282 661008 or email lynne.durkin@pendle.gov.uk.
