Creative Pendle Vale students promote Pendle Business Awards 2010

Students from Pendle Vale College will help to raise the profile of Pendle Business Awards 2010 as part of a brand new concept in radio advertising.
Pendle Business Awards 2010 will recognise our innovative local companies which despite the pressures of the recession are still flourishing.
It's being jointly organised by Pendle Vision and Pendle Council and they've taken up this unique opportunity to work with Rock FM and invest in the talent and creativity of local students.

They will then create and develop fresh, dynamic commercials which are professionally produced and broadcast on Rock FM.

He said: "We're really keen to make sure that our young people gain vital experience, life-skills and qualifications which will help them get jobs later in life.

Pendle Business Awards 2010 will be held at the Arts, Culture and Enterprise (ACE) Centre in Nelson on April 23.
Between January 11 and February 5 businesses will be able to apply for awards online on http://www.pendle.gov.uk/ or http://www.pendlevision.org/
Information will be available on these websites from December 1.

"This time we have 11 categories to choose from and you can enter all the awards that you fit the criteria for.
