HRH The Duke of Kent gave the royal seal of approval to the £6.5m ACE Centre in Cross Street, Nelson, when he officially opened it on November 11.
The Duke first attended a special Armistice Day service in our new Memorial Square to honour the 1,272 people who lost their lives fighting for our country.
