The large pool at Pendle Leisure Centre hopes to re-open this week

The problem has been resolved and repair work has been carried out, and the pool hopes to reopen on Friday 16th.
Centre Manager at Pendle Leisure Centre, Julie Wilmore, said: "The leaking pipe work in the large pool has now been repaired.
"The pool now just needs to be cleaned, filled and heated. We hope it will be ready to be used again on Friday.
"We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused."
If people have lessons or sessions booked, they should call reception on 01282 661166 for advice or further information. Alternatively, they should keep checking the website www.pendleleisuretrust.co.uk for up-dates.
The small pool is still open as normal.
The pools at Pendle Wavelengths and West Craven Sports Centre are both open as usual if people want to use those facilities in the meantime.
