Pendle Council issue a wide range of licences. Some can be applied for online, and some have printable application forms which you can download.

To report a problem at a licensed premises (such as noise, under-age alcohol sales or illegal drinking) you can use our online form.

A Premises Licence is required for the sale or supply of alcohol, the provision of hot drinks or hot food between 11pm and 5am, or regulated entertainment.
The sale or supply of alcohol must be carried out or authorised by the holder of a Personal Licence.
A Provisional Statement provides a degree of certainty that a Premises Licence will be granted for premises following construction or after alteration work has been completed.
A Temporary Event Notice can be used to authorise relatively small-scale events held in or on any premises involving no more than 499 people at any one time.
An Interim Authority Notice allows licensable activities to continue pending a formal application for a licence transfer.
A Licensing Authority can be requiested to perform a Review of a Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate.
