Take Action Against Noise Pollution
Noise Action Week is a national, annual campaign promoted by Environmental Protection UK. Local authorities are encouraged to run local publicity campaigns to raise awareness on noise issues.
This year Pendle Council Environmental Health Services is asking people with burglar alarms to make sure we have details of two keyholders who will be able to get to their homes quickly in case the alarm develops a fault, and is causing a nuisance. This can happen when people are away on holiday.
