About assisted collections and how to ask for one
We can provide extra help to people with confirmed mobility problems and the elderly.
If you can't lift or move your bins by yourself, you can contact us to ask for an appointment and we'll visit you to check what you need.
All requests have to be individually assessed to make sure that the assistance is given to people who genuinely need it.
