Start times and venues of meetings
Council meetings are held at various locations across the Borough. As a rough guide:
Full Council, Executive, Scrutiny Management Team, Development Management, Taxi Licensing Committee and Accounts and Audit
Start time: 7.00pm Venue: Nelson Town Hall
Barrowford and Western Parishes Committee
Start time: 7.00pm Venue: Barrowford Civic Hall
Brierfield and Reedley Committee
Start time: 7.00pm Venue: Brierfield Town Hall
Colne and District Committee
Start time: 7.00pm Venue: Colne Town Hall
Nelson Committee
Start time: 7.00pm Venue: Nelson Town Hall
West Craven Committee
Start time: 7.00pm Venue: Various venues in the West Craven area. Ring 01282 661654 or email committee.services@pendle.gov.uk to find the location each month.
Scrutiny Panel
Meetings usually meet at 7.00 p.m. in Nelson Town Hall but depending on the topic under scrutiny this might change.
Licensing Committee
Meetings of the Licensing Committee are usually held during the day at Nelson Town Hall but again the times of these meetings may vary.
It is therefore advisable to ring Committee Services on 01282 661648 or email committee.services@pendle.gov.uk to check the venue and start time of the meeting you are interested in.
