Joint Locality Plan
Lancashire County Council and Pendle Council
Lancashire County Council and Pendle Council have worked together to produce a Joint Locality Plan. This is a plan which sets out the ways in which both councils will work together to:
- create and maintain a dynamic, competitive and healthy local economy
- care for our future generations
- improve the quality of life for older people
- support confident communities
- care for our environment
