Householder Applications

This section includes applications for:

• Planning permission for works or extension to a dwelling

• Planning permission for works or extension to a dwelling and conservation area consent

• Planning permission for works or extension to a dwelling. Also, consent for alterations, extension or demolition of a listed building

Full Planning Permission Applications 

This section includes applications for:

• Full planning permission

• Planning permission and conservation area consent for demolition in a conservation area

• Planning permission and listed building consent for alterations, extension or demolition of a listed building

• Planning permission and consent to display an advertisement(s)

Outline Permission Applications 

This section includes applications for:

• Outline planning permission with SOME matters reserved

• Outline planning permission with ALL matters reserved

Applications For Reserved Matters And Removal Or Variation Of Conditions

This section includes applications for: 

• Approval of reserved matters following outline approval

• Removal or variation of condition following grant of planning permission

• Approval of details reserved by a condition (Discharge of Condition)

Conservation area consent (only), listed building consent (only) and with advertisement consent

This section includes applications for:  

• Application for conservation area consent for demolition in a conservation area

• Application for listed building consent for alterations, extension or demolition of a listed building

• Application for consent to display an advertisement and application for listed building consent (Not currently available - under review)  

Trees and hedgerows

This section includes applications for:

• Application for tree works: Works to Trees Subject to a Tree Preservation Order (TPO) and/or Notification of Proposed Works to Trees in Conservation Areas (CA)

• Application for Hedgerow Removal Notice

Lawful development certificate applications

This section includes applications for:

• Application for Lawful Development Certificate for an existing use or operation or activity including those in breach of a planning condition

Proposed agricultural or forestry development
