Welcome to Pendle's Employment Strategy.
We have worked with our partners to produce this strategy. It builds on the goals and ambitions set out in our Sustainable Community Strategy, Our Pendle, Our Future.
We want Pendle to be a place where everyone reaches their full potential and for Pendle to be recognised locally, regionally and nationally as a great place to work.
This Strategy sets out our plan to encourage economic growth. We'll do this by working with partners to improve skills and job opportunities for Pendle people, reducing the number of residents out of work in Pendle.
