Planning Committee Timetables/Officers' Reports
Planning applications are determined under the Scheme of Delegation but some will be referred to our Area Committees.
The following area committees discuss relevant area planning applications:
If an Area Committee wishes to make a decision that would be a significant departure from planning policy or where there would be a significant risk of costs on an appeal against the decision, they refer the application to the Development Management Committee.
Choose the name of the committee you need and then find out the scheduled meeting dates.
Reports for planning applications are available on the website 4 working days prior to the Area Committee meeting date. Find your area committee, click on the meeting date, and look in the Reports section for planning applications.
Once a decision has been made, you can view the decision notice and a copy of the officer's report.
