Alarm keyholder notification
If you are away from your home and your alarm goes off, it may cause a nuisance to your neighbours.
To avoid this, you can give us the contact details of two people who could help us deal with the noise problem if you are away.
Otherwise, we may have to enter by force to stop the noise.
Once the alarm has been silenced we'll secure your home by fitting a new lock.
When you return you will have to collect the new keys from our offices and you will be charged for the costs of our action in silencing the alarm.
