Consultation on new Planning Application Validation Checklists

The Government has requested that Local Planning Authorities consider revising their approved Planning application validation checklists. These lists set out the information, drawings and documents that are required to accompany planning applications.

Drafts of the revised checklists have now been prepared and are currently available for comment. There have not been a large number of changes to Pendle's checklists however, in some cases a Landscape Assessment will now be required.
