Healthy Home Improvement Scheme
The aim of this pilot scheme is to provide holistic improvements to the properties which bring about both physical and mental health improvements, whilst reducing the long term "running costs" of the properties.
The scheme will provide internal and external renovation to blocks of properties, providing the property with a "thirty year life" and bring the property up to the "decency standard" (a home that does not contain a category 1 hazard, is in reasonable state of repair, has reasonable modern facilities and services and provides a reasonable degree of comfort.
