Following an annual review of Building Control charges, a revised scheme of charges will come into force on the 4th November 2011. A copy of the scheme of charges can be viewed at the Council Offices and new standard charges will be available on the web site no later than the 28th October 2011. The changes will apply to all new Building Regulation applications received on or after 4th November 2011. This will not affect the inspection fees agreed for applications received before this date.
