NHS LifeCheck is a free, easy-to-use, online service that will help you to assess your lifestyle and improve your future health. The Department of Health currently offer 3 Lifechecks online:
Baby Lifecheck- an online service designed to help and support parents and carers of babies aged 5 - 8 months. It can help mums and dads to keep their baby happy, healthy and safe.
Teen Lifecheck- an online teen health quiz for 12-15 year-olds that looks at issues such as alcohol, smoking, bullying and safe sex
Midlife Lifecheck - an online test to assess health of users aged 40+
