Councillor Expenses
How much do they get?
The Council pays its councillors a range of allowances which are intended to recognise the time Councillors devote to their role as a Councillor, including such inevitable calls on their time as meeting with their constituents and political group meetings and also to cover incidental costs, such as the use of their homes, for which no provision is made.
