Getting involved
- Meetings are open to the public and notices of meetings are displayed at the Council's offices and on the website under Committee Minutes, Agendas and Reports section. You can access a timetable of scrutiny meetings
- If you would like to speak at a meeting it is helpful if you let us know in advance. Details of who to contact are included on the notice of each meeting. A guide on How to have your say at Council Committee Meetings is also available.
- You can follow the Council on Facebook and Twitter where we publicise our meetings and invite your views - www.facebook.com/pendlecouncil and www.twitter.com/pendlebc.
- Watch out for our consultations and updates on www.feedbackonline.org.uk
- If you are involved in a local organisation or interest group you may be invited to contribute to a particular review by providing advice, information or your views.
- If there is a service or an issue which affects the quality of life of people in Pendle which you feel we should be looking at, you can let us know by completing our online Scrutiny Request Form.
- If you would like to receive electronic copies of the Overview and Scrutiny Annual Report, the Scrutiny Bulletin, or Scrutiny Management Team agendas, please send your request to the Scrutiny Manager.
