Welcome to the Stream and Steam Heritage Trail interactive page.

The Stream and Steam Heritage Trail charts the changes in Barnoldswick's industrial past from the earliest water powered mills, on to steam power, and then to modern engineering processes.

This page provides links to audio trail guides, audio interviews and video presentations to further enhance understanding of the things that there are to see on the trail but also to provide information on the history of Barnoldswick in general.
