Registered Providers are key partners in delivering our housing Strategies. In Pendle there are a number of registered providers that own and manage around 4455 properties, some of the properties are general let social housing where as others provide specialist accommodation such as sheltered housing for elderly people.
Over the years we have worked closely with a number of registered providers in the borough to deliver affordable housing schemes and we continue to work in partnership by having regular meetings to discuss the priorities of the borough in the sustainable communities plan and how we can work together to achieve them as well how we as local authority can enable Registered Providers to deliver services in Pendle.
