Oneplace - Comprehensive Area Assessment
Oneplace for an independent overview of local public services
You will be able to see how your local public services are performing when the first Oneplace reports are published on a new website on Thursday 10 December.
Oneplace brings together the work of the Audit Commission, Ofsted, the Care Quality Commission and Her Majesty's Inspectorates of Constabulary, Probation and Prisons through the Comprehensive Area Assessment (CAA).
CAA will assess how well we're working with police, fire, health and other services to tackle local priorities.
152 reports, covering all of England, will be published online.
They will assess how we're tackling important local issues, such as crime rates, levels of affordable housing and people's health.
Green flags will highlight exceptional performance by local public services and red flags will highlight areas of major concern.
On the same day, individual organisational assessments will also be published for councils and fire and rescue services, as well as assessments of children's services.
