Pendle Borough Council's Property Services own a number of garages throughout the Borough which they rent out.
A request for a garage will only be considered if it is within the locality of your property.
When you register a request for a garage or garage plot, on line or by telephone, if there is no availability on your preferred site your details will be added to the waiting list for that site and you will be contacted as soon as we are in a position to offer you a tenancy. As vacancies are usually dependent upon existing tenants surrendering their tenancies we are unable to give an indication as to when garages or plots may become available.
