For penalty charge notices issued from 7 September 2009 onwards, you should contact Chipside Lancashire on 0845 505 2525 to pay or challenge a Penalty Charge Notice served in one of our car parks.
Pay or Challenge (On-Street Parking)
If you wish to pay or challenge a Penalty Charge Notice served whilst parked on a public highway, please contact Lancashire Parking Services on 0800 195 2774.
