Q: What happens when I've made a request for pest treatment?

Answer:

A pest control officer will arrange to visit your property, carry out a treatment where needed and offer advice on any concerns you may have.

The officer will aim to visit or make arrangements to visit within two working days of a request.

The pest control service is available 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Mondays to Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays).

All rodent treatments in domestic properties are carried out free of charge.
