A number of factories in the area operate under a permit issued by either the Council or the Environment Agency. If the premises which are the source of the problem operate under a permit issued by the Council, we will assess whether there has been any contravention of the permit conditions. If the premises operate under a permit issued by the Environment Agency your details will be forwarded on to them to investigate.
