Q: How will elderly or disabled people manage?
Answer:
We understand that not everyone will be able to manage a wheeled bin or box, and if necessary, we can offer an assisted collection service. For the vast majority of people a wheeled bin is easy to move even when full, but we will consider each case on its merits to decide if assistance is needed. If you live with an able-bodied person, you will appreciate that no assistance will be available from the Council.
