Q: Why do my containers have to be out so early?
Answer:
To allow us to provide up to 1,500 properties a day with each service, we need to make an early start. Usually your recycling containers will be collected at the same time each week but occasionally we may need to alter the collection route so make sure that your recycling is available from 7.30am every time.
Q: Why do my recycling containers have to be left near the front pavement?
