Q: What if my wheeled bin is damaged or stolen?
We will investigate what happened and a decision will be taken to determine whether the bin will be replaced free of charge. A space is provided on each bin for you to place your house number.
If a bin has been damaged through normal wear and tear, it will be replaced free of charge. However, if it has been damaged as a result of misuse you may be expected to pay for the replacement.
