Q: What happens if I have made a complaint about pollution?
Q: Can you do anything about sandblasting?
Answer:
Yes. Where possible we will attend sandblasting complaints to ensure that appropriate dust control measures are in place. However, the short term nature of this type of work often makes it difficult for us to take action. We are unable to take action for damage caused as a result of sandblasting e.g. dust/sand on cars/property etc. You may wish to consider contacting the person responsible for the sandblasting, or consider a private action for damages.
