Answer:

The Planning website shows the past ten years applications and we are now starting to attach the relevant documents to each application but it is going to take some time.

Click the link View Planning Applications to read the guidance on how to use the search screen and then click on the link to Online Planning Applications Archive.

For older information or to view any files that have not yet been scanned you will need to make an appointment to view the actual files. Contact the Development Control office by:

a) telephone 661661 and ask for the Planning Enforcement Officer;
b) email to planning@pendle.gov.uk;
or
c) call into Nelson Town Hall reception and ask for the Planning Duty Officer.
