CCG Mental Health Project

The key aim of the project is to provide support and information for men and women from black and minority ethnic (BME) communities who are experiencing feelings of stress, isolation, depression, anxiety, or unhappiness, and are unable to access information about the services available to them. You will: Receive one to one support, Be offered advice sessions to obtain information on mental health services, Gain further knowledge on mental health issues such as stress, isolation, depression and anxiety by attending our regular workshops/seminars Learn about how you can fight depression, stress and isolation.
