Community Halls

Pendle Council operates a number of Community Halls in the Pendle area, which offer various activities and opportunities for all age groups within the community.

They are available for hire for a variety of events including children's parties, family celebrations, meetings and seminars, exercise classes, dancing, jumble sales and small concerts.

All our community halls have disabled access and disabled toilets. Please see the individual descriptions for extra details. 

Hire rates 

There is always one near you and hire rates are great value, starting at £6.60 per hour weekdays up to 5.00pm and £10.50 per hour evenings and weekends.

Please note that these costs are only a guideline, and are dependent on numbers, food being served and the type of event. There is also a charge for cancellation or changing booking details.

Brierfield

Facilities: Kitchen, Main Hall (accommodates 120), Lounge (accommodates 60), Disabled Access, Toilets and Disabled Toilet.

Facilities: Kitchen (Luncheon Club on Mondays), Main Hall (accommodates 50), Disabled Access to the Rear, Disabled Access Ground Floor Only (no lift), Toilets and Disabled Toilet. 

Nelson

Facilities: Kitchen, Main Hall (accommodates 80), Lounge (accommodates 20). Disabled Access, Toilets and Disabled Toilet.

Facilities: Kitchen, Main Hall (accommodates 100), Lounge (accommodates 30), Disabled Access, Toilets and Disabled Toilet.

Trawden

Facilities: Kitchen (Luncheon Club on Wednesdays), Main Hall (accommodates 80), Lounge (accommodates 30), Disabled Access, Toilets and Disabled Toilet.

Barnoldswick

Facilities: Kitchen (Luncheon Club on Tuesdays), Main Hall (accommodates 100), Lounge (accommodates 50), Room 2 (accommodates 15), Room 3 (accommodates 25), Disabled Access to Rear of Building, Lift, Toilets and Disabled Toilet.
