The event in 2008 had all the glitz and glamour of The Oscars and showcased the best of Pendle's businesses.
Organised by Pendle Vision and Pendle Council, Pendle Business Awards 2010 promises to be even bigger and better than ever.
A glittering awards ceremony will be held at the ACE Centre in Nelson on 23 April 2010 to recognise innovative local companies which, despite the pressures of the recession, are still flourishing.
Companies eligible to apply will have achieved:
- an improved business performance
- creation of new jobs
- better staff motivation and training
- development of new products, processes or markets
- savings by improved energy efficiency or waste management
- improved relationships with customers and the community.
