Once you're out of the armed forces, you'll need to register for yours and your families health care support. You'll need to find a doctor and a dentist:

• Find a doctor or dentist via the NHS website
• Find a dentist on the British Dental Association website
• Search for private healthcare providers

Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust provides health and wellbeing services. They have a Directory of Services you can use to find services by type or by location. You can search for: 

• Mental Health Services
• Family Health
• Information on specific conditions and illnesses

They provide community services like health visiting, podiatry, sexual health and dentistry as well as inpatient and community mental health services.
