Spillage - roads
Lancashire County Council is responsible for keeping the highway free from spillages.
Spillages on the highway be very dangerous and can lead to road traffic accidents. You can assist by reporting spillages on the roads - including oil, gravel, sand and dropped cargo - to Lancashire County Council's Customer Service Centre on 0845 053 0011 or by completing an online form.
