  • Get live bus info to your mobile phone from NextBuses.mobi (external link) at Traveline. (Your network operator's normal data charges apply. Speed and access is subject to your network connection.)
  • Traveline-txt. If you can't get mobile internet, text the bus stop code to 84268 and receive a text with the next bus info. (Cost is your normal text message charge plus up to 25p for the reply text message.)

If you're unhappy with the response you receive you should contact Passenger Focus or the National Federation of Bus Users (external link).
