Reporting a Fire
REMEMBER: In the event of a fire, get out, stay out, and CALL 999 straight away.
Attending a Fire
The fire services directs emergency calls to the emergency call handling centre which routes all calls for an area to fire control. Control will confirm with the address of the incident and help will be despatched immediately.

Support After a Fire
The Fire Victim Support Service is designed to meet the needs of people who have suffered damage to their home following a fire, flood or similar incident.
This free service is delivered by specially trained British Red Cross volunteers, who work in co-operation with the Local Fire And Rescue Service.
