There have been some slight disruptions to refuse and recycling collections due to the snow and ice. If your collection was missed today, we will return tomorrow (10th February) to complete it.

Paving stone - theft

Flagstone pavementFlagged pavements are considered an attractive feature of our local streetscene; they form part of Pendle's heritage. They are considerably expensive to maintain and not easily available.

If you see any unauthorised person removing flags from the adopted highway, please inform the police on 0845 1 25 35 45 or ring Crimestoppers (external link) on 0800 555 111 as soon as you can.

If you notice that missing paving stones are causing a hazard, you can contact Lancashire County Council's Customer Service Centre 0845 053 0011 or by completing the online form below.
