Syringes - discarded
The local council will arrange for the removal and disposal of needles, syringes and other drug related items that are discarded in the environment and which may pose a risk to public safety.
You can report a discarded syringe or needle using our Litter Reporting Form below, or contact us by telephone.

Availability
The service is available Monday to Friday, 8.45 am to 5 pm. Outside office hours, you can make a report to the Council using our online form.
