Road markings and signage - street nameplates
The Council is responsible for the naming of new streets, the numbering or naming of new properties in the local area and for providing
that information to public utilities, emergency services, Land Registry, Ordnance Survey and
relevant Council services.
We are also responsible for ensuring that street nameplates are provided and fitted in suitable positions
