Parking - permits
Residents-only parking is where parking places on the public highway are controlled through the use of permits. Permits can only be issued to residents either for their own use or for visitors but cannot be issued to businesses.
Parking places provided for residential use in housing estates in private car parks are not covered under this scheme.

Eligibility
You will need to bring with you two forms of proof of residency, one of which should be your Vehicle Registration Certificate (the logbook)
