Educational psychology
Many children have problems with their development and learning at some
point in their lives. Most improve with the help of their families,
schools or friends.
The Educational Psychologist - who is a specialist on how children and young people develop and learn - can offer advice if schools or families are having difficulty helping the child to improve.
The Lancashire County Council Educations Psychology Service Helpline is available from 13.30 to 16.45 weekdays during school term time to assist with queries about children's learning or behaviour.
