Licence - caravan site
Caravan site licencing is governed by the Caravan Sites and
Control of Development Act 1960.

The local authority processes applications for licences for caravan sites or mobile home parks and inspects sites to ensure that all required legislation and good practice is adhered to.
Eligibility
An application must be made in writing, and valid planning permission must be obtained before a licence can be issued. They must be issued within 2 months of a valid application.
Availability
We are open office hours, Monday - Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
