Car parks - council-owned
All short-stay and long-stay town centre car parks in Pendle are free of charge. However, you must display a disc showing your time of arrival when using a short-stay car park.
Parking discs are available free of charge from all Council offices and many nearby shops. Alternatively, you can telephone Engineering and Special Projects on 01282 661053. Failure to display a disc may result in a civil enforcement officer serving a penalty charge notice.
