Community/day centres
Social Services provide a range of day care services for older people who have been assessed as being frail or at risk, and who prefer to continue living in their own homes but need some support during the day.
Our services are designed to improve or maintain quality of life, to promote independence, facilitate friendships, provide social contact and meet individual needs, and give carers a break.
