Care - assessment
If you might need help from Social Services, a Social Worker will talk to you. The Social Worker will try to find out what help you need and the best way to provide it.
This process is called assessment.

Social services offices are open 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. If If you need urgent help outside usual office hours please contact the emergency duty team on 0845 6021043.
