Data Protection Act
Pendle council has established policies about freedom of information and data protection.
In addition, the Freedom of Information Act 2000 requires all public authorities to adopt and maintain a Publication Scheme. This Publication Scheme is a means by which the Council can make much of its published information readily available to members of the public. You can download a copy of our scheme from the website.
