Licence - dog breeding
Establishments used for the breeding of dogs are controlled by the Breeding of Dogs Act 1973 as amended by the Breeding and Sale of Dogs (Welfare) Act 1999.

A fee is payable when an application is made. The licence and any subsequent licence will expire on the 31st December of the year the licence applies to.
